Houston, we have a problem...

Well, we had an eventful night last night at our house, at 11:30 we heard a loud banging and came out to see flying sparks and smoke coming from our range. The oven door is now melted shut. Needless to say it has bitten the dust. I am feeling very blessed that we were home at the time and still awake so that we could stop it from turning into a fire. However, I am extremely frustrated since I need my range to dye yarn, not to mention the cost of a new range. It will be two weeks until we get our new range (microwave dinner anyone?) and in the meantime my very generous co-worker, Tonya, has offered to lend us her portable range so we can get by, it only has one burner, so things will probably be significantly slower in the customs department. I'm so sorry about this and I'll work hard to get them done as fast as possible!

On another, happier, note, here are some finished customs I am excited to show off. The pics are still a work in progress since it has been cloudy and rainy here for going on a week. I am growing impatient with the lack of sun, but, being November I'd better hurry up and get over it. I'm having a little trouble fitting longies into the space where I take pictures of the yarn so the pics are a little wonky.

First up a colorway that is different than anything I've ever seen, these are yymn, I'm not sure who dyed it, but they turned out really fun!

I also officially got my Hudson hat liscence this week! Yeah! I can start on some of my orders for those!

I realize that my pictures are huge, and I will try to fix them tomorrow, but for now I am heading to bed :)
